What You Can Do: Challenge those limiting beliefs. Reflect on past achievements and recognize the skills that made them possible. Practice daily affirmations or journaling to shift your mindset toward self-confidence.

Today’s fast-paced work environments can lead to exhaustion, making growth seem impossible when you’re barely keeping up.
